NEVADA GREEN PARTY ENDORSES

DELILAH BARRIOS FOR TEXAS GOVERNOR’S RACE

(LAS VEGAS, Nev.) — The Nevada Green Party (GPNV) announces its endorsement of Delilah Barrios in the race for governor of Texas.

Barrios is a healthcare worker, indigenous rights activist, a Green Party Peace Action Committee member and is a dedicated member of the Texas Green Party. Her platform includes support of Medicare for All, gender equality, a basic income guarantee, reproductive rights,climate action including regulation on pollution and fracking as well as addressing corruption in the oil and gas industries, marijuana legalization, criminal justice reform and supporting Second Amendment rights.

We endorse Delilah Barrios for Governor of Texas because we know she possesses the strength and willingness to address the needs of the people of Texas while honoring the 10 Key Values and the Four Pillars of the Green Party US Platform.”
