Having received our Ballot Certification, less than 24 hours later, Co-Chair Margery Hanson, was served with a demand, by and from the Nevada State Democratic party to … sue us off the ballot. Our ducks are in a row, our return receipts are in order and our bylaws are now in triplicate. We look forward to our court date, whenever that may be.
The Road Ahead
Once the legal issues are resolved, we will be looking for volunteers, to promote whomever our PNC elected candidate will be, by email, text, phone calls and in person. If you want to volunteer, please contact nvgreenparty@gmail.com with VOLUNTEER in the subject line.

It goes without saying we are being targeted, even on social media. The @GreenPartyNV Twitter/X account is still restricted, with no avenue available to us to reinstate the Official Nevada Green Party account. We have reached out to “Help” on numerous occasions with no response. Have met and passed over 12 Arkose challenges to no avail. Hoping for a resolution soon, since the account has been restricted for almost 3 months now.
Presidential Nominating Convention Delegates
Our Delegates are pledged and committed for the Presidential Nominating Convention, to Dr. Jill Stein. I’ve been told they are looking forward to participating, some for the first time and others for the second time.

Currently Jill Stein is our presumptive nominee with over 270 committed Delegates from varying states, the Nevada Green Party included.
Free Palestine
We at the Nevada Green Party support a Free Palestine, divest of any and all occupation. We oppose genocide and colonialism in any and all its forms and/or fashions.
The Nevada Green Party is the “We Party”, the Party of Solutions! Don’t ever forget that YOU are a part of WE.
