(g) Maintaining membership information. Must document income, occupation and other class-based information about members. Ensure privacy of member information.

(h) The Administrators/Historians will ensure that these bylaws are made freely available and accessible to the public on the Green Party of Nevada’s website. The Administrators/Historians will be the main receiver of party information and transmitter of information to the correct members.
(i) The Administrators/Historians will be responsible for collecting position duties, party duties and voting cycles. The Administrators/Historians will be the holder and house historical records, which interact with the Nevada State Green Party.
