This has been a roller-coaster ride, make no mistake about it. We won on the merits in a lower court and then a partisan ruling against us has sent us to the Supreme Court of the United States. On that note, we at the Nevada Green Party would like to thank the American Center for Law and Justice for advocating on our behalf, as well as the other groups that are supporting our fight to be on the ballot in Nevada. Especially since we did everything according to what we were instructed to do, by the Nevada Secretary of State’s Office, Elections Division.

SCOTUS Update

If you are a Nevada Green Party member on our Newsletter List, you are privy to our latest court documents. If you are not, it is all of Public Record. Please be advised, if you are an Elector or an Alternate Elector, until you are still bound by your commitment until a ruling is given by the United States Supreme Court. Thank you for honoring that commitment.

Bylaws Updates

Our bylaws have been submitted and updated in a timely fashion, to the Elections Division of the Nevada SOS. Feel free to read them by running your mouse over “About” at the top of the page and then clicking on Bylaws, Rules and Procedure.

Write Ins

We in Nevada, at one time, had the ability to write in a candidate of our choice, but no more. The “Write In” option, which was specific to mail in ballots, has been replaced with “None of the Above”. We at the Nevada Green Party view that as a form of Voter Suppression. There are more than just two parties to choose from and our ballots ought to reflect that. We look forward to contacting our State Legislature to remedy “None of the Above” with the option to write in a candidate of the individual’s choosing, some time in the near future. More choices mean more voices and that’s what Democracy is really all about.

The Nevada Green Party is the “We Party”, the Party of Solutions! Don’t ever forget that YOU are a part of WE.

It’s time for a Revolution

We won!

We at the Nevada Green Party, followed all the rules, kept our records, submitted all our paperwork in a timely fashion and then we were Certified by the Nevada Secretary of State’s office, as being on the ballot

It seems extremely wasteful of time and money, to have to come here to prove ourselves, but here we are.

We sincerely think our fellow residents ought to have a voice in how we are governed. More choices to represent their voices and in preparation for the 2026 cycle, we intend to have Green Party candidates running for every available office, so our fellow residents of Nevada, indeed will have more choices on their ballots.
That being said, we at the Nevada Green Party will honor whatever verdict the court decides.

Nevada Green Party is proud to be joining July 24th national mobilization to surround the White House and issue a notice of citizen’s arrest to Benjamin Netanyahu for crimes against humanity! See you there!

The Prime Minister of Israel has been invited by the U.S. government to address Congress while he carries out a genocide against the Palestinian people. We won’t let a war criminal walk the streets of DC!

The people of the world stand with Palestine and against the genocide committed by Israel with the full agreement of the United States. In Washington DC, we will surround the Capitol building while the U.S. war criminals cheer on (and fund!) Israel’s genocidal campaign and welcome Netanyahu inside.
